About the role Be the first point of call for all seller support cases. Use customer feedback to analyse key metrics and trends to drive the business forward. Implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximise revenue on Amazon. Stay in-the-know about Amazon policies, rules, and regulations. Draw insights and make recommendations to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives as aligned with Amazon. About you Strong knowledge of Amazon and Seller Central. SEO and copywriting experience. Experience with Amazon deals and promotions. Data-driven and able to comfortably forecast for both sales and spend. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence upwards.
