Director of IT Field Support $125,000 to $155,000 + up to 10% bonus 20% overnight travel for first 6 months 10% overnight travel afterward Independence, Ohio

Role • Lead multiple dispersed teams • Oversee IT Field Support group • Travel to meet with managers / clients • Propose solutions to improve processes • Lead, coach, and mentor Field Support Managers • Develop KPIs for Managers to evaluate their teams • Build partnerships with vendors and hold them accountable • Ensure optimal IT support experience throughout all locations • Meet business timelines, establish and measure required SLAs • Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, portability, and performance • Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement • Oversee performance management, professional development, and succession planning
