Active Insurance Solutions is an independently owned and locally operating insurance agency located in the Chanhassen, MN. We offer both personal and commercials lines products and represent more than 20highly rated carriers. Our energetic team is looking to add aconfident and motivated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others and providing first class customer service!

Responsibilities
Generating insurance quotes.
Provideexceptional customer service.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other internet based applications
Prior insurance experience preferred, but not required.
