Belsk Duży (PL) Plant . In this role you will act as a key driver of continuous improvement, partnering with plant stakeholders to enhance process efficiency, line performance, and the overall operational standards of the site. Main Responsibilities:
By covering this role, you will: Manage the roll‑out of
Operational Excellence
initiatives for the Plant, acting as a true change agent and promoting a
continuous improvement mindset . Partner with Plant referents to define plans for
Ferrero Operational Excellence
initiatives and training sessions. Lead or support the execution of continuous improvement activities at the plant level, ensuring alignment with the operational strategy. To coach plant referents
on
Ferrero Operational Excellence
methodologies and their developments, leveraging the "“train-the-trainer” concept to ensure full accountability for implementing performance improvement methodologies. Consolidate and report
progress of Plant initiatives , training sessions, and audits related to Ferrero Operational Excellence. Manage the Smart Factory roll‑out, working closely with key stakeholders to plan and execute digital transformation initiatives. Monitor and track
Smart Factory
projects, ensuring transparent reporting and alignment with strategic objectives. Lead and develop people within your area of responsibility, supporting competence building, motivation, and empowerment aligned with company values. About You:
You hold a
university degree in Engineering
or a related field, supported by proven
over 10 years
professional experience in Continuous Improvement within a production environment. You bring
solid expertise in TPM and Lean Manufacturing implementation, with a particular focus on Autonomous Maintenance and direct line experience . You have
in
‑depth knowledge and hands
‑on experience in implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM/TPM) and Lean principles , including key methodologies and tools such as Standard Work in Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Early Management, and all technical pillars of these methodologies. Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, are highly desirable. You have ability to
train and coach local teams in root cause analysis to strengthen internal problem solving capabilities . Additionally, You will play an active role
in
driving cultural change by promoting Manufacturing Excellence thinking
and
practices
across the organization. Your Profile Is Complemented By: Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
