The PATH Initiative Program Manager coordinates support for the program, liaising with sub-vendors, managing record-keeping, and participating in training. vramjattan@mocj.nyc.gov Among the tasks the PATH Initiative Program Manager will be expected to execute are: Stakeholder Coordination:

Facilitate collaboration between Anchors, the 67th Precinct Clergy Council, and the Office for the Prevention of Hate Crimes to ensure the success of the PATH Program as well as serve as a key resource, resolving routine issues referred by internal staff and sub-vendors. Community Engagement:

Lead outreach efforts by connecting with community organizations, schools, educators, faith-based institutions, and other constituents affected by hate or bias. Day-to-Day Management:

Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of PATH-related activities, including branding, messaging, and anchor engagement. Provide administrative support around scheduling PATH meetings and activities, including check-ins and training, and reimbursement of expenses related to the mayoral initiative

Breaking Bread, Building Bonds . Community Events:

Attend, plan and execute community events in partnership with OPHC and other stakeholders, emphasizing a community-based approach to public safety that spans all five boroughs. Project Support:

Provide general project management and technical assistance to sub-vendors, ensuring timely completion of activities, including monthly reporting and invoicing requirements. This includes handling potential project assignments and ensuring smooth progress. PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate possesses a broad range of skills, characterized by curiosity, adaptability, innovation, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion: In addition, the preferred candidate should possess the following: A BA in a relevant field is preferred. A minimum of two years of full-time professional experience, with at least 1 year of project management experience preferably in a public service, community engagement and communications setting. Strong verbal, written and editorial skills; experience in writing for internal and external audiences. Experience working with city and non-profit partners, with community outreach, family engagement, and event planning Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Takes initiative, problem-solves, prioritizes tasks, works independently, and collaborates effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, meets deadlines, and works well under pressure Interpersonal and leadership skills, including ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings involving diverse groups of stakeholders.
