Position Customer Service Representative (Remote/Hybrid — 1 Day in Office per Week)

Schedule 9am-6pm

Compensation $15-$17/hour DOE + SPIFFs (total compensation potential $50-60K), Monthly Incentives & Career Growth Opportunities

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on — scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring every client feels cared for from the first hello to the final service visit.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries

Strong communication skills — friendly, confident, and professional

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying organized

Comfortable with technology (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!)

A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence

What Will I Do?

Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls

Make/handle high volume of outbound calls

Respond to e‑mail inquiries

Receive and record completed work orders from filed technicians

Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details

Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable

Do I Have What It Takes?

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1-year customer service experience

Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications

Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time

Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed
