About The Role We are looking for a demand generation manager to support the conversion of engaged prospects into sales-ready opportunities across the marketing funnel. This role is focused on executing and optimizing bottom-funnel campaigns that drive meetings and pipeline.
We want a marketer who thinks about “controlling the conversation at scale,” is versatile with messaging & positioning, and is motivated by improving conversion and campaign performance. You should be comfortable working closely with sales and understand how timing, targeting, and messaging influence results.
This role will focus on bottom-of-funnel prospects, helping turn high-intent engagement into meetings across a portfolio of 40+ products.
Role Overview You will be responsible for executing bottom-funnel (“engaged/aware prospects”) marketing campaigns that generate high-quality meetings for the sales team.
You’ll work with brand and lifecycle marketing to ensure consistent messaging across audiences, while supporting sales with campaigns and automation that improve engagement and speed up the pipeline.
This Will Include:
Identifying messaging paths across products and audience segments
Testing and optimizing campaigns that drive meetings
Supporting handoff, targeting, and automation through the funnel
Targeting high-quality prospects via email and paid channels
Identifying gaps in the funnel and helping address them through campaign execution
Supporting campaigns that increase client value and rebookings
Building and maintaining campaigns that support active pipeline
Assisting in improving sales automation and outreach efficiency
Supporting reporting and campaign performance tracking
Requirements
2–4 years in demand generation, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus)
Strong organizational and execution skills
Interest in campaign performance, testing, and optimization
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales
Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented
Plus
Experience supporting sales or late-stage marketing campaigns
Exposure to CRM workflows and campaign automation
Interest in B2B events, media, or sponsorship marketing
