Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madison, WI, for a Field Marketing Representative. The representative will manage relationships with retail partners, promote Wisconsin Lottery products, and execute marketing initiatives in assigned territories. Responsibilities include organizing in-store promotions, training retailers on lottery products and sales strategies, providing exceptional customer support, and analyzing sales trends. Collaboration with internal teams to develop effective campaigns and participating in community events may also be required.
Qualifications Proficiency in Field Marketing and Sales to promote products effectively and meet revenue goals. Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills for fostering partnerships with retailers and engaging with customers. Excellent Communication skills for delivering presentations, conducting training sessions, and maintaining professional correspondence. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role. Experience in marketing or sales roles is preferred. Knowledge of the gaming or lottery industry is an advantage. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
