Location: Southwest Minnesota - Hybrid opportunity based out of Edgerton, MN
They are seeking a
bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Manager
to build, modernize, and lead our HR function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for full-cycle HR (excluding payroll processing) and for helping elevate systems, processes, and employee experience as they scale. This role can be a hybrid role for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond administrative HR and take ownership of building structure, implementing systems, and contributing to long-term organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Systems Lead full-cycle HR (excluding payroll processing)
Modernize and digitize HR processes (transition from paper-based systems)
Implement and optimize existing HRIS capabilities (Trimble Spectrum system already in place)
Develop structured onboarding processes
Update and maintain employee handbook
Ensure employees can self-manage items such as tax withholdings and documentation digitally
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Own recruiting strategy (field + professional roles)
Support college recruiting and career fair strategy
Manage full onboarding lifecycle (including 90-day integration)
Align hiring with company growth and EOS framework
Employee Relations & Communication Serve as a trusted bilingual resource for employees
Improve communication between leadership and field workforce
Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning
Provide HR guidance while maintaining a practical, business-first mindset
Strategic Growth Support Help prepare the organization for scale and acquisition
Build foundational processes that can expand with growth
Develop the HR function to potentially support additional HR staff in the future
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience in construction, manufacturing, agriculture, or field-based industries preferred
Experience implementing HR systems or digitizing manual processes
Strong recruiting and onboarding experience
Comfortable operating independently and building structure from the ground up
Practical, business-oriented mindset
Leadership capability with future team-building potential
