
E-commerce Specialist (Intern)

The E-commerce Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing performance across multiple online marketplaces. As a proactive problem solver and cross-functional partner, they will drive efficient communication and resolve high-impact issues in collaboration with external marketplace partners. This role also offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate overseas teams, ensuring operational excellence and alignment across regions. In addition, the candidate will actively support marketplace sales initiatives, prepare for key promotional moments, and build strong relationships that contribute to scalable, long-term growth.
This position begins with a 3-month internship, after which a decision regarding further employment will be made.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily order management and fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Lead and coordinate internal and overseas teams to drive operational efficiency and high performance
Monitor customer communication workflows, resolving inquiries and after-sales issues efficientlyManage exceptions, including returns, refunds, and stock shortages, collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams
Establish, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order management and after-sales processes
Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and report findings to guide operational improvements
Ensure marketplace operations comply with platform policies and performance standards
Collaborate across functions to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required, and all majors are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English is required. Working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workplace is required.
