Overview The Presentation Designer will focus on creating clear, polished, and visually effective slide presentations for technical, scientific, and executive audiences. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at organizing complex information and translating it into structured, visually compelling presentation materials. The designer will work across a range of presentation needs—from highly technical program briefings to communications-oriented decks for leadership and external audiences. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working within established brand systems, and the ability to elevate content through thoughtful layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity. Projects will support teams at the client site, requiring careful adherence to institutional brand standards while adapting designs to meet the needs of specific programs and stakeholders. Responsibilities Design and format presentation decks primarily in PowerPoint Transform dense technical or scientific content into clear, well-structured slides Create layouts that improve readability, hierarchy, and narrative flow Apply and maintain established brand systems while tailoring designs for different teams and projects Build reusable slide templates, visual frameworks, and presentation components Clean up and standardize existing decks to improve visual consistency and professionalism Create charts, diagrams, and visual elements to support complex information Collaborate with subject matter experts, writers, and project leads to refine slide content Prepare presentation files for internal briefings, executive reviews, and external communications Required Skills Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint Ability to organize and structure complex or technical information clearly Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout Experience working within established brand or design systems High attention to detail and strong file organization skills Ability to work efficiently under deadline with iterative feedback Desired Skills Experience designing presentations for technical, scientific, or engineering organizations Experience creating diagrams, infographics, or explanatory visuals Familiarity with brand systems used by large institutions or government organizations Experience supporting executive communications or leadership briefings Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for supporting graphics #J-18808-Ljbffr
