Responsibilities
1. Market Development and Customer Expansion
- Based on company plans, develop new customers in automotive power batteries, energy storage industries and markets in North America.
- Sell customized automation production assembly and intelligent manufacturing solutions provided by the company.
- Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and their needs, engage in business negotiations, align customer requirements with the company’s technical solution team, manage the bidding process, and drive project wins until contract signing.
2. Market Analysis
Participate in industry exhibitions to gather market information and customer feedback, promote the company’s brand, and provide recommendations for product optimization and development.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, collect customer requirements for products and solutions, and address customer issues promptly and effectively.
4. After-Sales Support and Service
Coordinate customer after-sales services, monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, and continually develop customer accounts to secure repeat orders.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience. 5-8 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in sales and full-process management of automation projects in the automotive industry. Familiarity with the workflow of customized projects.
- Bidding Project Management. Proven experience managing bidding projects worth over $20 million.
- Customer Resources. Existing connections with U.S. automotive OEM customers, including but not limited to General Motors, Ford Motor, Tesla, Stellantis, Nissan, Toyota, and Honda.
- Sales experience with battery module or Pack assembly projects is a plus.
- Willingness for frequent travel across the U.S. based on project requirements.
