* 5+ years of experience as an HVAC installer * A strong understanding of wiring diagrams, blueprints, and air balancing techniques * The ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment * Excellent communication and customer service skills - building trust with homeowners is key! * A passion for the HVAC industry - We're looking for someone who loves what they do!
