The Thomas Humphreys Farmers Insurance Agency is one of the most promising agencies in our district. Thomas has LEADS and is seeking two licensed sales producers NOW who are top producers—or who believe they could be with the leads, training, and support that would propel them to success. Role: Full‑Time Licensed Sales Producer
You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may benefit their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career. Benefits

Call and connect with all given leads on a daily basis. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Offer, bundle, and close a high percentage of the given leads. Secure all trailing documents from customers. Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow up. Complete evidence of insurance requests. Document each customer contact into data. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Work from home; a hybrid schedule is available after training is completed. Compensation
Base salary will be based on experience and verifiable track record of success. Requirements
Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required. Minimum five years of insurance sales experience. Farmers Insurance experience preferred but not required. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required. Track record of success (calls per day and close ratio). An assessment is required to arrange an interview with the Agency Development Manager.
