JOB SUMMARY Provides digital banking support for commercial and retail clients. Provides guidance and support to internal departments for all digital banking platforms. Resolves issues with all digital banking platforms by logging tickets with appropriate vendors and tracking tickets to resolution. Provide reporting for digital platform. Works closely with Marketing and Compliance as well as offering product sales support to Loan Officers and Client Services. Coordinate training with the 1NBU as needed for product changes. Assists management by researching and making recommendations for new digital products and services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to:

Perform annual audits for Cash Management customers including ACH audits for Originators, Third Party Senders and Third Party Service Providers.

Perform annual ACH risk assessment for ACH Originators, Third Party Senders, and Third Party Service Providers and ensure Loan Officer Review and approval of ACH file limits.

Perform annual Audits and risk assessments for Merchant Remote Deposit Capture clients and ensure Loan Officer review and approval of Deposit limits.

Accompany Loan Officers and Client Services Representatives on sales calls for Digital Banking Services, as needed.

Provide product sales support and accompany Loan Officers and/or Client Services Representatives on sales calls, as needed.

Monitor and respond to client e-mail, internet banking, and phone inquiries throughout the business day.

Perform maintenance in Digital banking platforms for internal and external customers including new enrollments, bill pay research, external account setup, etc.

Maintain a working knowledge of all technologies and provide support for 1NB digital banking products and services including Internet Banking, Mobile App (including mobile deposit), Mobile Wallet, Merchant RDC, etc.

Review and evaluate systems within the bank to streamline workflows and operate at efficient and economical levels.

Assist in the research and development of new digital banking products and services.

Implement Regulatory and Compliance changes to digital banking products and services.

Maintains a working knowledge of all regulations associated with departmental functions.

Review and recommend policies and procedures to the Sr. Operations Officer.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Two years banking experience preferred.

Knowledge and understanding of Online Banking and Bill Pay required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Normal office environment
