About the Role We’re seeking ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our team as Public Adjusters.
This is a commission-based role for candidates who thrive on independence, client interaction, and closing deals.
You’ll be trained on claim procedures, policy interpretation, and carrier negotiations.

Who We’re Looking For
Licensed Public Adjusters (3-20)
Current Public Adjuster Apprentices (31-20)
Motivated individuals interested in becoming apprentices (we’ll help you get started!)
Sales experience in roofing or construction background a plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
Reliable transportation and ability to attend property inspections.
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
