We are seeking an Aesthetician & Patient Growth Specialist to join our team in a dual clinical and operational role. This position combines hands‑on aesthetic services with front‑of‑house coordination and patient engagement, supporting both the client experience and the continued growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate is polished, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, high‑standard environment. You will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care, guiding patients through their treatment journey, and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the practice. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys both clinical work and patient interaction, and who takes pride in maintaining a seamless, professional environment.

Responsibilities Clinical Services & Aesthetic Treatments

Perform professional aesthetic treatments including facials, peels, and other non‑invasive skin services in alignment with practice standards

Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments to support personalized treatment plans

Prepare clients for treatments, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper pre‑ and post‑care guidance

Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements

Support the provider by assisting with treatment preparation and ensuring seamless patient flow between services

Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and ongoing treatment plans to support long‑term results

Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and readiness

Accurately document treatments, notes, and client interactions within the practice management system

Client Experience

Serve as the primary in‑office point of contact, delivering a polished and welcoming client experience from arrival through departure

Manage all client communications (phone, email, web inquiries) and convert qualified leads into booked consultations through timely follow‑up

Oversee appointment scheduling and flow, including confirmations, rescheduling, and securing pre‑bookings prior to checkout

Guide clients through services, pricing, and membership options with clarity and confidence

Manage check‑in/check‑out, payment processing, and membership billing

Maintain accurate client records and ensure booking integrity within the practice management system

Conduct post‑treatment follow‑ups and support ongoing client engagement and review generation

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

Growth & Client Engagement

Support client retention efforts through follow‑ups, recall outreach, and consistent communication

Reinforce treatment plans and ongoing care recommendations to support long‑term client engagement

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and overall client experience

Coordinate with the provider and external partners to support practice growth initiatives

Capture approved in‑office content and provide input on client‑facing messaging as needed

Experience & Skills

2+ years of experience as an aesthetician in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, or clinical spa environment (Required)

Strong client‑facing experience in a high‑end service setting (medical aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar)

Confident communicator with the ability to guide clients through services, pricing, and ongoing care recommendations

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment

Comfortable working with scheduling systems and EMR platforms, with the ability to maintain accurate and consistent records

Professional demeanor with a polished presence and strong interpersonal awareness

Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative in a fast‑paced setting

Commitment to maintaining high standards of care, discretion, and client experience

Ability to work Saturdays from 10am - 5pm in‑person

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours:

20.0 – 30.0 per week
