We’re seeking a

Contract & Bid Management Analyst

to support customer contract administration, bid responses, and cross‑functional coordination that enables strong commercial execution across the business.

About the Role In this role, you’ll support the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from data management and compliance tracking to reporting, renewals, amendments, and documentation. You’ll also lead and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs across the business while partnering closely with legal, commercial teams, and business units.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and passionate about operational accuracy and commercial compliance.

What You’ll Do

Maintain centralized databases for all customer contracts and ensure compliance with key terms and regulatory requirements.

Analyze contract data and produce deep‑dive reports to support commercial decisions.

Support the development of quotes, renewals, amendments, and customer contract preparation.

Monitor non‑standard contract terms, surcharges, rebates, liabilities, expiration timelines, and other commitments.

Partner with internal teams and legal to review, align, and negotiate non‑standard terms.

Prepare and coordinate customer RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.

Maintain signature authority guidelines and manage signature collection processes.

Ensure proper documentation for awarded agreements and enforce commercial policies and best practices.

Support ongoing improvements and automation of contract and bid management processes.

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2–4 years of experience

in detail‑focused roles such as legal, HR, project management, procurement, or client relationship management.

Experience with

contract development, contract standards, and contractual language .

Proficiency in

Microsoft Word and Excel .

Strong understanding of

data analytics and its application

in reporting and decision‑making.

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Legal or paralegal training

Experience with commercial policy governance or contract lifecycle tools

Professional office setting

Regular sitting for up to 75–100% of the work shift
