High Profile mid-sized Hedge Fund seeks a Marketing Associate / Executive Assistant.
We are a high-end fund with decades of experience in delivering strong, risk-adjusted investment performance and we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate / Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO.

This is a hybrid role where you will be onsite in Connecticut four days per week and WFH one day per week.
Responsibilities include:
A. Marketing Duties
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of marketing content with participation in strategy formulation for marketing campaigns/activities.
- Update monthly and quarterly presentation materials, including newsletters, fact sheets, presentation books,...
- Support the Marketing team in ad hoc requests, including sending out materials, sending meeting calendar invitations and updating Salesforce records.
- Maintain and update the firm's website regarding performance data
- Perform data hygiene and update records in Salesforce
B. Executive Assistant Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO; manage scheduling and select correspondence, book travel, submit expenses, and coordinate external meetings.
- Comfortable managing calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense submissions
- Schedule and confirm meetings, Teams/WebEx/Zoom conference calls for the CEO, including prep of client review packets, supporting notes/documents, and investment objectives for each meeting.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe suite
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, and fact books with accurate performance data
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Support external meetings and internal team collaboration as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of mutual funds, hedge funds, asset management, separately managed accounts, or public equities
- Previous experience in financial services or investment management marketing
- Familiarity with content development and marketing strategy
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree; Associate’s degree plus relevant work experience will be considered
- Prior experience in a similar marketing or executive support role preferred
- Demonstrated ability to balance administrative duties with marketing responsibilities
