Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday | $19–$20/hr

Bilingual: English & Spanish required

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering excellent service to clients and internal teams. The position is temp-to-hire with strong long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries accurately and efficiently

Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order status updates

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery

Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

Resolve issues professionally and escalate when necessary

Support administrative tasks and general office duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bilingual English & Spanish (required)

Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with computers and basic office software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Highschool Diploma Required
