Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior marketing executives Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and cross-functional projects Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders Support special projects and marketing initiatives as needed Serve as a trusted partner to the marketing team, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency Qualifications: 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in finance, large marketing/PR agencies, or comparable Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced xywuqvp environment What Is Offered: $140K - $160K TC, dependent on experience Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off and wellness programs Exposure to strategic marketing initiatives and opportunity to work closely with senior leadership Collaborative and high-performing work environment
