Role Description We are seeking a full-time Social Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team in New Braunfels, TX. This role blends traditional leasing responsibilities with a strong focus on social media engagement, lead conversion, and resident experience.

The Social Leasing Specialist plays a key role in attracting new residents through digital platforms, converting leads into tours and leases, and building long-term relationships that support renewals and resident retention. This position works closely with on-site and corporate teams to ensure a consistent, engaging, and customer-focused leasing experience from first contact through renewal.

Key Responsibilities

Manage leasing activities including lead follow-up, tours, applications, and move-ins

Actively engage with prospects through social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries)

Create and assist with social media content that supports leasing and community engagement

Maintain accurate leasing activity, prospect communication, and lease documentation

Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship-building

Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents

Assist with resident events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement efforts

Collaborate with marketing and management teams to improve conversion, retention, and overall resident satisfaction

Qualifications

Willing to travel between our New Braunfels, San Antonio, and Lockhart, TX market

Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales preferred

Strong interest or experience in social media, digital communication, and online engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport with a diverse resident population

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Experience with lease administration, renewals, or CRM systems is a plus
