Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Strategic Analysis

Investigate key market trends and competitive landscape, analyzing Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal (PESTEL) factors to identify risks and opportunities

Develop and regularly review market models defining TAM/SAM/SOM using both top-down and bottom-up approaches integrated with product lifecycle models to support revenue planning

Monitor competitor activities and establish benchmarking schemes to maintain competitive positioning

Provide regular market intelligence and portfolio insights to Product Managers and key stakeholders

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

Support the definition of product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers, Application Engineers, System Architects, FAE, and Regional organizations

Monitor the product portfolio continuously, identifying gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities to drive strategic actions

Develop worldwide pricing strategies with Product Managers and support the quoting process

Customer Value Proposition & Market Understanding

Work cross-functionally to deeply understand market requirements, customer gains, and pain points across Automotive, Industrial, and Robotics sectors

Transform customer insights and application requirements into compelling differentiators and value propositions, with focus on Total Cost of Ownership

Drive business development activities to expand the product line footprint and market reach

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Build trusted relationships and collaborate intensively with regional business development teams, Application Engineers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives

Represent the Product Line to internal and external partners, including exhibitions and customer meetings

Marketing Operations & Execution

Define and execute MarCom activities and support product launches with appropriate marketing materials

Maintain regular updates of market models, lifecycle models, and planning documentation

Provide ongoing updates on product, customer, volume, and pricing data to support overall strategy, pricing initiatives, and capacity planning in alignment with key stakeholders

Qualifications

Degree in combined study program of technology (ideally electrical engineering) and management or electrical engineering with focus on semiconductors

Highly interested in automotive, industrial and robotics industry and the willingness do understand the connection within the industry and also links to other industries

Highly motivated do gain expertise in semiconductors, especially in sensors

Strong presentation skills, ideally already shown in different occasion in the past

Keen to supportstrong customer relashionship

Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, up to executive management

English business fluent. German language nice to have

Regular domestic and International travelling Worldwide (based on company travel guidelines)

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
