Job Description A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Associate Creative Director, Copy. Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 6+ months Location: NYC & Atlanta Mode: Fully Remote
The Role We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy to help expand a core campaign idea into a robust social and digital ecosystem for a heritage brand. This role is ideal for a senior copy creative who can think conceptually while remaining hands‑on across platforms. You’ll work independently, shaping messaging systems and executions with minimal oversight.
What You’ll Do
Expand an initial campaign idea into multiple social and digital executions
Write and oversee copy across paid social, organic, digital placements, and CRM
Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and message across platforms
Collaborate closely with ACD Art and other partners
Present and defend copy ideas clearly and confidently
Own your workstream from concept through final delivery
What We’re Looking For
ACD?level copy experience (or Senior Copywriter operating at ACD level)
Strong background in social?first and digital campaigns
Experience with premium / lifestyle / heritage brands
Ability to scale ideas into full content systems
Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
Ideal Background
Agency or high?end in?house creative teams
Experience writing across multiple platforms and formats
Strong conceptual thinking paired with executional rigor
