Working Title: PURCHASING AGENT I - 64083978

Evaluates and processes assigned purchase requests for commodities and contractual services for the department using appropriate purchasing methods in accordance with laws, rules, policies, and procedures contained in the state of Florida’s Purchasing Policy and applicable to the departments operating procedures. Performs other duties, as required. Working closely with program offices and county health departments to ensure purchasing requirements are met in a timely and economical manner.

Qualifications Minimum – Must be willing to physically come in the office to perform the duties & responsibilities of the position.

Preferred – Experience with MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP).
