Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to take ownership of the North‑West Italy territory and drive the growth of our rotary unions, slip rings and customized technical solutions across a wide range of industrial applications.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner to customers—combining engineering know‑how with consultative sales to deliver high‑value solutions
How you will make a difference
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the North‑West Italy region, driving sustainable growth. Manage and expand a long‑term customer portfolio while identifying and converting new business opportunities. Deliver consultative selling by presenting technical products, analyzing customer needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Lead the full sales cycle, including offer preparation, negotiations, and closing, supported by accurate CRM reporting. Represent the company in the market, collaborating cross‑functionally and monitoring industry trends and competitors. What you should be good at
