Overview The Senior Media Planner – Digital is a key player in the development and execution of media plans for a diverse portfolio of clients. The position places equal emphasis on creative solutions to media challenges and planning/executional rigor. As a full‑service agency, we prioritize diverse, unique experience, and above all creativity.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative media solutions based on client needs

Steward execution of plans, goals, and budgets

Understand client objectives, resources, and has a strong POV

Decisive and insightful in building a plan that ladders back to strategy

Fulfills role on team seamlessly, working and managing with urgency

Demonstrate initiative and ability to lead projects

Maintain effective communication, responding quickly and accurately

Strong ability to multi‑task and handle many projects at once

Consult industry research and resources to develop rich audience insights to inform plan recommendations

Set up social and digital campaigns in‑platform where applicable

Build audience recommendations using syndicated tools, such as MRI‑Simmons

Evaluate vendor proposals and work with internal buying teams to facilitate media buys

Stay current on industry trends and content

Conduct and present pre‑ and post‑buy media analyses

Communicate with clients to facilitate development and execution of plans

Manage the trafficking of assets

Mentor and develop junior team members, and support supervisor with day‑to‑day tasks

Qualifications

This position requires 3‑5 years of prior media planning experience (Media Planner or Senior Media Planner level).

Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Keynote

Strong written and verbal communication skills

In‑platform experience within programmatic platforms required (Trade Desk, CM360, AmazonDSP, etc.)

In‑platform experience within platforms is a plus (Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc.)

Proficiency in media‑related planning tools (e.g., Comscore, Nielsen, IMS, etc.)

Proficiency in digital media buying software (e.g., Mediaocean/Prisma), analytics (Google Analytics), and trafficking (Google Campaign Manager)

Ability to think creatively on your feet and problem‑solve

Compensation Range: $60,800.00 – $84,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
