Our client, a well-established financial services firm specializing in custodial and trust solutions, is seeking a highly driven Outbound Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale outbound pipeline generation. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a "builder" who can develop, execute, and optimize outbound strategies from the ground up. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution, with proven experience driving measurable pipeline growth through outbound marketing initiatives. Outbound Growth Marketing Manager Compensation and Benefits Base salary $100K$120K depending on experience Fully remote (EST working hours preferred) Medical insurance Paid time off and standard holidays Direct influence on growth strategy and pipeline outcomes High-visibility role working closely with leadership Outbound Growth Marketing Manager Qualifications 48+ years in outbound marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing in a B2B environment Proven track record building outbound programs from scratch: ICP development, messaging frameworks, sequencing, and playbooks Fluency in the modern GTM stack: signal detection, data enrichment, multi-channel sequencing, and CRM orchestration Deep HubSpot expertise: sequences, workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle management, and reporting Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to craft vertically specific, persona-level messaging across email and LinkedIn Analytical mindset with a bias toward testing, iteration, and attribution Familiarity with buying signal infrastructure (visitor identification, social listening, intent data) is a strong plus Experience with AI-assisted content or outreach personalization at scale is a plus Outbound Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities Build and operate outbound pipeline programs across email, LinkedIn, and other high-intent channels Develop and maintain ICPs, audience segmentation, and vertical-specific targeting strategies using audience intelligence tools and lookalike modeling Own the full signal-to-sequence workflow: identify high-intent prospects, enrich with firmographic and behavioral data, route into personalized outreach, and track through close Design and optimize multi-touch sequences with contextually personalized messaging Manage lead data quality, deduplication, lifecycle stage tracking, and pipeline reporting within HubSpot Collaborate with leadership to align outbound programs to go-to-market priorities and specific client verticals (RIAs, deal sponsors, family offices, fintech platforms) Track and report on the full funnel: signal volume, reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue attribution
