Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Representative with experience selling to hotels, hospitality groups, and large commercial entities. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within high-value commercial sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong network in hospitality or large property management, understands the unique needs of these clients, and excels at building long-term, relationship-based business. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with hotel ownership groups, management companies, facility directors, and commercial property stakeholders Identify and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality and large commercial sectors Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to position services effectively Build and manage a pipeline of high-value accounts and multi-location clients Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and preferred vendor relationships Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational needs and risk management priorities Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Respond to urgent service needs and time-sensitive opportunities when required Maintain detailed records of sales activity, account development, and forecasting in CRM systems Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Qualifications 35+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling into hotels, hospitality groups, or large commercial entities Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing key accounts Established relationships within hospitality, facilities management, or commercial real estate is highly preferred Strong understanding of how large organizations make purchasing decisions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to navigate multi-level decision-making structures Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience in restoration, facilities services, or property services industries Familiarity with service agreements, vendor programs, and national account structures Experience working with multi-location or franchise-based clients Key Competencies Relationship-driven sales approach Strategic account development High-value deal negotiation Organizational and pipeline management Professional presence with executive stakeholders Benefits Offered Paid vacation, sick time and company holidays after the first 90 days.
