Marketing Coordinator – Business Development Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital is located near beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC, and treats adolescents, adults, and senior adults in need of psychiatric services, as well as adults suffering from chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or requiring rehabilitation. Lighthouse offers 24‑hour admissions, needs assessment, and referral services.
Position Summary Responsible for developing and implementing business and marketing plans for the facility; leads efforts to manage, monitor, and influence the hospital’s community reputation through referral source surveys, patient surveys, and community outreach. Participates in the marketing plan process through market research, market analysis, and marketing tactics; works on new and existing facility programs and participates in the department’s continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. 80% travel required.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of related experience in marketing, business development, and public health required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, medical terminology, and electronics (e.g., work cellphone, MS4, electronic processes)
