Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable Marketing Content Coordinator to support the creation and execution of content aligned with company priorities and business unit initiatives. This role focuses on developing clear, effective messaging that translates technical information into engaging content for both internal and external audiences.

What You’ll Do
Write and edit marketing content including articles, case studies, newsletters, and campaign copy
Translate technical and operational information into audience-friendly messaging
Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery
Interview internal subject matter experts to gather insights and develop new content
Identify content opportunities based on field activity, customer work, and ongoing projects
Collaborate with business unit leaders to support growth initiatives through targeted messaging
Develop value propositions tailored to specific industries and geographic markets
Create and adapt sales collateral and marketing materials for various audiences
Support proposal messaging and presentation content for business development efforts
Assist in drafting press releases and external communications
Support company announcements, media opportunities, and public-facing messaging
Develop internal communications and employee-facing content
Assist with executive presentations, speeches, and written communications
Ensure all content aligns with company voice, tone, and professionalism standards
Monitor basic content performance metrics such as engagement and readership
Provide insights and feedback to support marketing reporting and continuous improvement
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in content writing, communications, or marketing
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general digital platforms
Ability to travel approximately 12–20 days annually as needed
