We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Dallas. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and creative professional with 5–10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development preferably within the construction, engineering, or architecture industries. Position Summary This position plays a vital part in shaping the company’s brand presence across multiple channels, driving pursuit strategies, and enhancing client engagement. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to develop marketing campaigns, proposals, and materials that highlight excellence in infrastructure, aviation, and transportation projects. Key Responsibilities Lead development, execution, and tracking of marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand image. Manage proposal production and presentation materials for public and private sector pursuits. Coordinate industry events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring they reflect the company’s brand and support strategic business objectives. Partner with internal teams to produce project profiles, press releases, and award submissions. Leverage data and market insights to guide business development initiatives and pursuit strategies. Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing and communication platforms. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results. Develop and manage a content strategy for a professional social media presence (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.), highlighting leadership, company milestones, and industry insights. Create or oversee the creation of content (posts, videos, articles) that reflects the company’s voice and values. Monitor and adjust strategy of marketing initiatives to increase visibility and influence the construction sector. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5–10+ years of relevant marketing experience (AEC experience preferred). Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and lead initiatives from concept to completion. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Strong project management, analytical, and problem solving skills. Experience managing social media for executives and/or brands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
