UI Interaction Designer

We have a position for an experienced UI Interaction Designer.
What you will be doing:
Designing an interactive user interface that has aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Work with the product and development teams for collaboration and agreement on the UI design
Working in an Agile Product Oriented Delivery (POD) team
Leading the UI development design
Consistently bring the user view to the work
Apply design thinking and interaction design principles
Looking for opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of development process through lessons learned activities.
Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, or equivalent professional experience
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
3+ years of experience with React development is required
Experience with Databricks is required
Gen AI coding tools experience is highly preferred
Experience working in an Agile POD is highly preferred
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Experience in designing products where interaction, language and structure shape the experience
Proven ability to design for complex digital products
Experience with influencing direction and achieving clarity and agreement in ambiguous or undefined requirements
3+ years of product design experience
Experience with Figma would be helpful
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others through design work
Comfort operating as a design leader without direct ownership
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
