ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a territory ownership role. Youll be the face of Swannies across Greater Houston deepening partnerships with existing green grass and independent retail accounts while aggressively breaking into new ones. Every in-person line review, every check-in visit, every new door opened is yours to own.This isnt a role for someone who needs to be pointed in a direction. Youll build your book, work it hard, and earn accordingly with a compensation structure that rewards what you actually sell, no cap.WHAT YOULL DOOwn the territory serve as the primary outside sales representative for the Greater Houston region, managing and growing a portfolio of green grass and independent retail accountsDrive sell-through at existing accounts while aggressively opening new partnerships in a target-rich marketSchedule and lead in-person prebook line reviews with accounts and prospects, presenting the Swannies collection with confidence and brand fluencyMake routine account visits to capitalize on at-once opportunities, using sell-through data and margin analysis to guide conversations and close reordersHandle account administrative work accurately order entry, order management, and upholding Swannies servicing standardsCommunicate proactively and on schedule with both your accounts and the internal Swannies teamTravel up to 75% of the time within your territory to build and maintain relationships in personWHAT WERE LOOKING FORA self-starter who takes initiative you identify opportunities, build a plan, and execute without needing to be micromanagedA tenacious, relationship-driven closer who wins by genuinely serving accounts and understanding their businessStrong command of a sales pipeline and process you know where every deal stands and what it takes to move it forwardComfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment where the brand, product line, and priorities evolve quicklyAbility to balance servicing a growing existing account base with consistent new business prospectingWillingness to travel extensively across the region and show up in person where it countsEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Golf industry: 2+ years Outside sales: 2+ years NICE TO HAVESFamiliarity with the Swannies brand and brand voiceExisting relationships in the regional golf marketPrior experience in a golf-specific sales roleOn-course background playing, working in, or competing in golfBENEFITS & PERKS  Medical, Dental & Vision  401(k)  Paid time off  Flexible schedule  Travel reimbursement MondayFriday + occasional weekends To apply, please submit your application through the job posting link.We look forward to hearing from you.
