Role Overview
We are looking for an Intermediate UI/UX Designer to join our team and work closely with the design lead on a variety of digital product and platform experiences. This person should have around 6+ years of experience in the industry, with solid exposure to fast-paced environments and the ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple streams.
The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with a practical mindset, is comfortable working within requirements and constraints, and is also proactive in contributing ideas, improving workflows, and supporting adjacent projects when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design lead in delivering UI/UX work across multiple product initiatives
Create clear, thoughtful, and high-quality user experiences from concept to execution
Translate business and product requirements into effective design solutions
Produce wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes with strong attention to detail
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
Work effectively in a highly collaborative, multicultural, and fast-moving environment
Follow established requirements, systems, and processes while also bringing a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Contribute to other design or cross-functional initiatives when needed
Skills
Required Profile
Around 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design , product design, or related digital design roles
Strong command of Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration
Comfortable working beyond traditional design tools, with openness and curiosity toward new technologies and workflows
Familiarity with AI-enabled or adjacent tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GPT
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with smart, demanding, and cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in multicultural and international teams
Strong spoken and written English
Ability to follow requirements carefully while remaining proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
