Call Center Representative - Seasonal

Job Responsibilities Answer inbound calls in a fast‑paced environment.

Respond to inquiries and perform ticket processing duties for utilities, contractors, and homeowners across Wisconsin.

Ensure safe excavation procedures are followed.

Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain complaint details.

Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Verify that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.

Qualifications

Preferred: Two years of call‑center experience with a single employer.

Strong computer skills, including general keyboarding and navigation of multiple programs.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals.

Ability to read maps and identify north, south, east, and west.

Consistent adherence to a set work schedule and ability to show up on time for every shift.

Good listening, problem‑solving, and confident, tactful communication skills.

Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.

Safety‑sensitive role; must comply with all safety regulations.

Preferred: Customer service experience and/or call‑center background.
