This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client experience, enjoys building relationships, and is confident in recommending services, memberships, and skincare in a high-end environment.

Duties
Greet visitors and customers warmly, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service at all times
Assist customers with product demos, answering questions to highlight features and benefits effectively
Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting
Conduct inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment, and support overall store merchandising efforts
Support retail sales initiatives by promoting special offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches
Experience
Previous front desk, sales, or customer service experience (medspa experience is a plus)
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Confident in sales and client recommendations
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in bilingual settings (English/Spanish or others)
Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of merchandising techniques, product demos, and upselling strategies
