to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will help support clients by coordinating travel details, managing reservations, and ensuring every traveler receives a smooth and personalized experience.

ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service before, during, and after their travel experiences.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, and online messaging
Assist clients with
leisure and luxury travel reservations , itinerary updates, and travel accommodations
Communicate travel details, documentation requirements, and agency policies clearly
Monitor reservations and bookings to ensure accuracy and timely updates
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
Resolve client inquiries with a solutions-oriented and customer-first approach
Maintain organized records and update internal systems as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous
customer service experience
required (travel or hospitality experience preferred)
Ability to work independently in a
remote work environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools
Interest in travel and delivering exceptional client experiences
