Title Leasing Specialist
Now hiring for a Title Leasing Specialist. Must have auto title experience or a completed bachelor's degree to be qualified. Processes transactions, resolves an array of customer requests, and provides general customer service for internal and external customers. Some duties include, but are not limited to, vehicle title processing, responding to customer and partner through service console cases, researching and providing documentation related to vehicle titling, violations, registration, and MSO/MCOs. Works directly with internal and external customers via email, phone, and in person, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality within tight deadlines, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Contact point for credit leasing internal and external customers Process vehicle titles Complete work within required deadlines Ability to move between tasks as priorities dictate Ability to navigate and learn multiple software applications Must haves: Vehicle title work experience from dealership, auction, or bank OR completed bachelor's degree Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job type and location: This is a contract position based out of St. Louis Park, MN. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
