As a Corporate Recruiter at HR-1, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for Universal Logistics Holdings. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to conduct recruitment activities. Responsibilities: Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach) Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Screen, interview, and assess candidates across a variety of roles Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a strong candidate experience Track and maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies Travel approximately 20-30% to support recruiting initiatives as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyou connect easily with people at all levels Highly organized with excellent time?management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast?moving environment Willingness to travel domestically (and potentially internationally) Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
