Pay Range: $50-55/hr

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in end-user experience assessment and analysis
• Experienced meeting directly with end users/ consumers to gather feedback and insights on platform usability
• Expertise in assessing and recommending strategies for system interoperability based on user feedback
• Exceptional documentation skills and ability to translate technical feedback into insights
• Experienced supporting platform/ web application projects

Job Description:

A local government client of Insight Global is hiring for an End User Experience Analyst to join their team. This individual will support a data integration project to assist in enhancing their coordinated case management system. This position will lead a comprehensive end-to-end test of the case management platform, assess its performance and gather feedback on user experience. This role involves evaluating technical architecture, application interfaces, system workflows, and overall alignment with organizational goals, while engaging with end users to gather feedback on usability, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. xywuqvp The auditor will analyze user journeys, map current processes and data flows, and document system functionality to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
