We're looking for a Senior Director of Sales to join our East Sales Team as a senior leader overseeing Independent Agency partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Sales in NYC, this highly visible, hands-on, strategic role will drive revenue growth, expand key partnerships, and coach a sales team responsible for a significant portion of regional performance. This role is for a proven revenue and people leader with deep expertise in programmatic media (Managed Service, PMPs, Hybrid, CTV, OLV, Display, etc.) and the agency ecosystem. You bring strong judgment, execution, and relationships, acting as a right-hand to leadership to shape strategy, drive results, and elevate collaboration, culture, and client partnerships. You're a strategic thinker who develops outside-the-box solutions that deliver meaningful results for clients and the business. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team Drive revenue growth through new business and account expansion across programmatic, managed service, hybrid, and enterprise solutions Build and deepen executive-level relationships with agencies and brands Guide complex negotiations and support sellers in advancing opportunities Use data and audience insights to shape account strategies Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and guide multi-product business projections Represent Nexxen's unique capabilities in client meetings and industry forums Hire, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance culture Partner across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Client Success for seamless client experiences Anticipate needs, manage up, and support leadership in executing business priorities Serve as a senior leader for the larger East team and Commercial organization Champion a positive, and highly collaborative team and office culture What You'll Bring 10+ years in digital advertising sales, including 6+ years managing high-performing teams Proven ability to build trusted relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers. Deep expertise in programmatic media (CTV, OLV, Display), DSPs, and advanced audience/data solutions. Bonus: Pharma experience Experience coaching teams to drive strategy, prospecting, and revenue growth. Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results Strategic thinker who influences stakeholders, solves complex challenges, and thrives in fast-changing environments Passion for developing people, fostering accountability, and driving a client-first, innovative culture. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
