Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front‑line voice of the campaigns you represent, helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways. Responsibilities include:
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
Engage with the public in a professional, friendly, and authentic manner
Communicate nonprofit missions, social causes, and community needs effectively
Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s goals, impact, and ways to get involved
Build relationships that foster long‑term donor engagement and support
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
Uphold company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For No previous customer service or outreach experience is required—we provide
paid training and ongoing mentorship . We seek passionate, people‑focused individuals who thrive in dynamic, public‑facing roles.
