we are seeking a dedicated, motivated individual to work closely with leadership and grow within our agency. This role is more than just support; you will be learning the day-to-day operations of a home care agency and becoming someone who can confidently step in when needed.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and quality client care.

Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
On-Call: 2x per month
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling caregivers and clients
Communicate with clients, caregivers, and office staff
Support daily office and operational tasks
Work side‑by‑side with leadership to learn agency processes
Help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
Step in and assist with problem‑solving when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Pleasing and professional personality
Strong time management skills
Computer savvy (Google Workspace, basic systems, etc.)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to think outside the box
Can work with minimal to no supervision
Problem solver with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Growth Opportunity: This position offers advancement opportunities for the right candidate. You will be trained directly and gain hands‑on experience in managing a home care agency.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
At least two (2) years of experience working in the medical field
Medical Assistant experience is preferred, but not required
