Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects and service customers
Schedule appointments for the sales and service teams
Maintain CRM accuracy and input all customer communication and lead activity
Provide timely responses to all customer inquiries and follow established contact scripts
Work closely with sales and service staff to coordinate customer visits and ensure a smooth handoff
Assist with marketing campaigns, email outreach, and special promotions as needed
Deliver a high level of customer service
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BDC role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and typing proficiency; CRM experience is a plus
Ability to stay organized and meet performance metrics
Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
Must be comfortable on the phone and confident with scripted messaging
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
