Our client, a global consumer services organization, is searching for an Executive/Personal Assistant to their CEO. This unique EA role will support the CEO in their daily professional and personal life. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, high performing executive assistant who is looking to develop long-term relationships within a dynamic and evolving firm. This is a hybrid role in Chicago’s Northern Suburbs with evening and weekend availability required. Responsibilities

Manage the dynamic calendar of the CEO including board meetings, travel, and external professional engagements. Coordinate and communicate travel and scheduling logistics. Sustain a highly organized information system including confidential information. Serve as an extension of the CEO, interfacing with board members, leadership, and outside stakeholders. Proactively communicate often sensitive information and updates to executive team and key stakeholders. Provide comprehensive personal support, including managing personal appointments, booking travel, and other projects as needed, requiring a high level of flexibility and discretion. Prepare CEO for meetings and upcoming deadlines. Requirements:

8+ years of executive assistance experience, minimum 5 years at the c-level. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and emergent technologies. Experience managing Board work, including material preparation, logistics, and meeting coordination. Proven ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills, including the handling of confidential materials. A relationship-oriented mindset with a keen eye for proactively addressing leadership needs.
