Customer Relations Representative.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, delivering excellent service, and identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through needs-based conversations. Assist existing customers with policy questions, changes, and account support Deliver excellent customer service while identifying in-book sales opportunities Support customer retention and relationship-building efforts Maintain accurate records and follow agency processes Work with team members to provide a high-quality customer experience Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-minded and comfortable making recommendations Organized, dependable, and coachable Able to work well in a fast-paced office environment Customer service experience preferred Current Insurance license or able to obtain required insurance licenses Must be able to work

Competitive Compensation:
$50,000 - $70,000 - includes salary + commissions & bonuses State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
