high-performing Senior Remote Property Manager

to take full ownership of a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at

driving revenue, optimizing operations, and delivering outstanding guest experiences at scale . You’ll play a key role in shaping performance, implementing strategy, and contributing directly to business growth.

Property Operations & Guest Experience

Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication with professionalism

Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently

Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings

Revenue & Performance Optimization

Implement and refine dynamic pricing strategies

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenueIdentify opportunities to improve operational performance

Systems & Automation

Use Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline workflows

Automate guest communication and operational processes

Maintain accurate, up-to-date property and booking data

Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure compliance with applicable short-term rental regulations

Apply industry best practices to minimize risk and improve efficiency

Maintain consistency and quality across all properties

Required

Strong understanding of pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment

Preferred

Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools

Knowledge of short-term rental regulations and compliance

Strong communication and customer service skills
