Responsibilities
Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally and with high energy. Can recognize and capitalize on an extremely high percentage of sales opportunities.
Attitude: Always has a positive and open attitude and it positively affects team members around them. Always open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears to be discouraged and is always moving forward.
Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern about customers, and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.
Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk‑by entry doors. Use AIDA model scripts to entice walk‑by customers with free products, encourage them to show their broken phone, receive repair quote, join mailing list, and ultimately commit to a purchase.
Hiring Requirements
Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, approachable. Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.
Physical skill requirements: stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs.
Own reliable transportation / valid driver’s license.
Professional appearance.
Previous Work Experience
Retail experience recommended but not required: 1–3 years in a retail sales environment.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Sampling selling experience is a plus.
