This role offers the opportunity to shape user experiences and drive the design of intuitive, visually compelling digital products. You will transform customer needs into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to bring ideas to life. The position requires balancing creativity with usability, ensuring design solutions are both beautiful and functional. You will have ownership over design projects, contribute to design systems and guidelines, and present your work to peers and executives. Accountabilities
Translate customer needs into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing interfaces
Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to research, design, and iterate on user experiences
Develop and maintain design systems, visual assets, and documentation to guide consistent implementation
Present and communicate design solutions effectively to cross-functional teams and executives
Ensure that designs are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with product and business goals
Contribute to continuous improvement of the design process and user experience across products
Requirements
Proven experience in product design with strong skills in Figma or similar design tools
Solid understanding of user experience principles, color theory, typography, and visual design
Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Strong copywriting and communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote-first environment
Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor with a collaborative mindset
Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and best practices in interface design
